Plane Operating Mode: Charter Flight(包机)and Scheduled Commercial Flight(散航) Volume: Estimated at 170 tons per day. Please refer to the tender documentation for the exact quantities. |
Qualification Requirement: | Interested parties must meet the following criteria:
