We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Airport Operations Supervisor (Team Leader) to oversee and coordinate daily ground operations at our airport facility. This role is critical in ensuring efficient parcel handovers, maintaining compliance with operational standards, and managing on-site staff performance. • Plan and assign daily operator schedules, cross-station rotations, and shift duties.
• Monitor staff attendance and performance on rotational duties.
• Supervise outbound parcel handover processes and enforce execution standards, including:
• Seal number verification
• Parcel count confirmation
• Monitoring adherence to proper handling procedures (e.g., rough handling, improper labeling, suspicious behavior)
• Coordinate on-site responses to exceptions such as damaged bags or rejected cargo.
• Verify issues involving airline cargo holdovers or pull-outs (both inbound and outbound).
• Compile daily reports on exception handling, including:
• Damaged items
• Security returns and confiscations
• Airline holdovers and pull-outs
• Random checks and missing labels
• Overloaded cargo bags
• Maintain daily operational records:
• Truck arrival logs
• Unloading logs
• Airline handover start time logs
• Manifest submission records
• Handle unreported customs clearance documents for sorting center parcels.
• Maintain regular communication with airlines, freight forwarders, and cargo stations to report and resolve operational issues.

Requirements :-

• Willing to work rotating shifts (morning/night shifts)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Basic communication in English and/or Malay
