We are seeking an experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team in Bukit Raja , Klang . As a full-time member of our Information & Communication Technology department, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our network infrastructure and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our internal IT systems and infrastructure
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices, servers, and workstations
• Implement and manage security measures to protect our data and systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and improvements
• Provide end-user support and training on our IT systems and applications
• Monitor network performance and implement measures to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of IT-related activities and issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or network administration role
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows administration and Active Directory management
• Understanding of network security best practices and experience in implementing security measures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve IT-related issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and the IT team
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the company's IT objectives
