As a Branch Operations Support Executive at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branches. Job Descriptions：

• Standardization Development:
  Implement and enhance branch 6S practices, brand image standards, warehouse capacity standards, and branch grading evaluations to improve overall service quality.
• Exception Management & Empowerment Support:
  Develop and implement processes to handle branch operational exceptions. Support branches in managing business challenges through team training and capability-building initiatives.
• Digital Transformation:
  Promote digitalization across branches. Continuously improve systems through research and hands-on application, using data segmentation to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement:
  Conduct cost assessments and incubate cost-reduction initiatives. Improve branch efficiency through equipment upgrades, workflow adjustments, and process enhancements.
• Franchisee Resources:
  Assist regional teams in franchisee recruitment and facilitate cross-region franchisee resource coordination.
• Travel as Required:
  Travel to underperforming branches or regions as needed to provide on-site support and guidance.
• Other Duties:
  Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements：

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations support or logistics role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage).
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
