Job Description:-

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle incoming customer calls regarding company service questions and general concerns. 

• Resolve customer’s enquiries effectively and efficiently to meet customer’s expectation. 

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 

• Responsible for process inspection to ensure quality and safety are delivered. 

• Handling all in-coming inquiries from phone calls, Facebook Messenger, LiveChat & Whatsapp. 

• Handling Company CRM Systems. 

• Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.


Job Requirements:-

• Applicants must be willing to work in Hilltop, Lintas.

• Professional communication both written and verbal.

• Preferred known language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

• Required skill: Microsoft Office Applications. (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Excellent problem-solving techniques. 

• Willing to work during weekends & public holiday.

• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
